After years of experience as administrators in the Home Health Industry, the Kalidad leadership team recognized the need for more options to support internal Quality Assurance Teams. While sometimes convenient, internal QA can be overwhelmed as they usually aren’t just wearing one hat. We offer a supportive team to perform the tedious task of reviewing all documentation for Plan of Care, Visit Notes, Wound Care Notes, and OASIS, etc. recognizing missing or inconsistent information.
